A bearing guided two flute cutter suitable for producing a side bead, corner bead or torus bead. A single cut will produce the side or edge bead, and the step dimension 'G' may be altered by fitting different sized bearings. A double cut will produce a corner bead. Ensure that the cut on the first side is stepped in from the edge of the workpiece by the same distance as dimension 'G'. This will ensure that a true bead is produced. The cutter may also be used to produce a torus bead with a fillet up to 'B' in width.
N.B. The cutter will be supplied fitted with TB625 bearing. Other bearings to alter the 'G' dimension can be selected using the link below and need to be ordered separately.
