Contacted the Wealden company wishing to buy router bits knowing next to nothing about router bits. The bloke that spoke to me was extremely helpful and patient with my ignorance and guided me through the purchasing process without making me feel like a turnip. My router bits arrived the next day and all I’m left to do is explain to my wife why I needed them. Wealden can’t help me there but in every other sense they were superb. Yours, A. Turnip..!
