Welcome to Wealden’s CNC catalogue, which represents our current range of CNC tooling and offers
competitive pricing and many innovative solutions. All these cutters and tools are manufactured for
and often designed by Wealden.

With over 35 years’ of cutter, saw and profiling technology we are worth talking to if you have
questions about these tools. Many of our most supportive customers came to us for advice and stay
with us for price and service. Our quality is second to none.

Those new to CNC are sometimes daunted by the cost of tooling – and from some suppliers they
are right to be. However, durability and long accurate run times are as important as economy when
running a seriously expensive machine. To this end Wealden offer replaceable tipped tools in many
forms. More expensive than disposable cutters initially, our replaceable tips are highly competitive
and hugely cut costs, even in the short term.

For heavy duty CNC cutting and profiling we have solid carbide replaceable tips on phenomenally
rigid tungsten alloy shanks. We know how to improve your productivity.

To meet the challenges of highly abrasive materials such as MDF, plywood, composites and other
hard to machine materials, our range includes solid carbide, PCD and numerous spiral, compression
and other more exotic solutions to our customers’ problems.
