Cabinet Door Tooling

This range of extra long small diameter single flute CNC cutters has been developed for machining doors from thick frames leaving the smallest possible shut gap.

These cutters are made with a solid tungsten carbide inset brazed into a steel shank. This gives improved stiffness and vibration resistance, but care should still be taken in use as they are long slender cutters. Feed rates should be around 3 metres/minute with a cut depth around 5mm. Speed 24,000rpm or greater.
